Cured cheese, semi-hard paste, grayish white colour, very close texture, without crust, obtained by slow draining of the curd, after the coagulation of raw sheep and goats milk by addition of rennet.

Ingredients: raw sheep milk, salt and rennet.
Size: Large ( 0.900/1.100kg)
